We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. We will not accept any items returned prior to your return request.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and address it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable items (e.g., food, fresh flowers, plants), customized items (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and hygiene products (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and purchase a new one separately once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a valid reason. As above, but the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and disburse you.

If the return is caused by the consumer, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, you are not required to pay the shipping fee for this reason.
